Become an SMFOA Member

If you are interested in becoming a member of the Southwest Missouri Football Officials Association, fill in the required information on the right, click SUBMIT APPLICATION.   Once approved for membership, applicant will receive an email from SMFOA with a link to pay new member dues ($25 for new members).  All applications will be held until initial dues are paid:

Note: SMFOA assigns officials to work MSHSAA sanctioned football contests.  As such, it is also required that you join MSHSAA as a football official before applying to SMFOA at:
