If you are interested in becoming a member of the Southwest Missouri Football Officials Association, fill in the required information on the right, SUBMIT APPLICATION and pay initial dues with the pay link that appears or by clicking the link below.  All applications will be held until initial dues are paid:

Note: SMFOA assigns officials to work MSHSAA sanctioned football contests.  As such, it is also required that you join MSHSAA as a football official before applying to SMFOA at:
